Not Doing Enough Continued

This litany just keeps going on and on. And very little of substantial effect is in the works to do anything about it.

Do you understand now why the game clock on this issue is ticking away? Do you understand the notion of significant lead times in order to set up large scale efforts to do things that might actually make a difference? Do you think not cooperating with the rest of the world on this is going to be very helpful? And knowing that, do you think that increasing pressures for war is going help make that situation any better?

The one thing that I think you can be sure of is that none of these questions will have good very good prospects for positive outcomes if we continue doing "Business As Usual." You know, the usual that got us here in the first place.
