You Can't Hide, From The Relative Divide

I am
but one,
as a drop,
in vast oceans
of so many,
that are different,
even
as my one
is so many
other things
that make me
inside.

For it takes
so many
process steppers
spinning cycles,
integrated to abide,
giving and taking,
balanced to provide,
to keep such complexity
alive;
so where
is the real
divide?

It's there
and you can't
hide from
the relative divide.
For it makes you
in the struggle
to put something
aside
to bargain
with the other side's
aside, keeping
faith in giving
as good
as you get and
getting
as good as
you give.
That's the loving grooves
that the cycles
could provide.

Yes, it's there
and you can't
hide from
the relative divide.
For it makes you
in the struggle
to decide
that we have to work
the compromise
that keeps us
and the divide
alive.

The rub
of difference,
you see,
is what grinds
out the nature
of our energy
and how
sentient choice
matters
most matter of factly,
as we make
and believe
in the three
meaning spaces
of our reality.

Yes, it's there
and you can't
hide from
the relative divide.
For it makes you
in the struggle
to decide
that life's too precious
to let a little
sacrifice,
each in our time,
end the ride;
to keep
the whole thing
spinning,
so the good grooves
of meaning
can let us feel
the knowing,
and know
the feeling,
for the harmony
that hard won
balance can provide.
